Diabetes Care Club was acquired in September of 2007 and is America’s fastest growing supplier of home delivered diabetic testing supplies is currently the third largest supplier of mail-order diabetic testing supplies for seniors. Prior to acquisition, DCC employed 35 associates and had a patient base of 20,000 seniors. Currently, the Company has over 200 associates and over 120,000 patients. DCC will continue to serve our patients through complementary products that address the complications of diabetes.
