Mr. Hudson is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Simplex Healthcare, Inc. Prior to launching Simplex, Mr. Hudson founded and was the Chairman and CEO of HearingPlanet, Inc. which, under his leadership, became the largest online hearing aid distributer in the United States with over 1,100 locations. Mr. Hudson holds a B.S. from Eckerd College and an M.B.A from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. |

Mr. Hartman is Chief Financial Officer of Simplex Healthcare, Inc. and brings 15 years of corporate finance experience from leading large cap healthcare companies. Prior to joining Simplex, Mr. Hartman served as Director of Finance at Psychiatric Solutions (PSYS) as well as Vice President of Investor Relations at Caremark (formerly CMX), where he played an integral role in the CVS-Caremark merger. Prior to that, over the course of 11 years, Mr. Hartman held multiple leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company (LLY) in corporate finance within the Treasury, Global R&D and Investor Relations components. Mr. Hartman holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. |

Lori S. Richardson Pelliccioni recently joined us as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. She lives in California and will commute on a regular basis to our offices in Brentwood. In addition to working with us, she is Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Services, UCLA School of Public Health. Dr. Pelliccioni teaches the Department’s course in health law. She received her Ph.D. and M.P.H. from UCLA’s School of Public Health. Dr. Pelliccioni’s research focuses on healthcare fraud and abuse in the Medicare Program and corporate compliance in healthcare organizations. She is the Principle Investigator of The Compliance Effectiveness Study and The Compliance Effectiveness Pilot conducted for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Before joining the faculty of the UCLA School of Public Health, Dr. Pelliccioni served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California, where she prosecuted healthcare fraud cases. She has also been a Partner in PricewaterhouseCooper’s Health Care Practice, where she specialized in corporate compliance and healthcare fraud litigation support. Subsequently, Dr. Pelliccioni was the Chief Compliance Officer and acting General Counsel at DaVita, Inc., El Segundo, California. In addition to her academic position, Dr. Pelliccioni is the President of Richardson Pelliccioni, P.C., a healthcare law corporation and the Center for Healthcare Compliance, a research entity. |

As Simplex’s CIO, Fuqua is responsible for providing vision and leadership for Simplex’s information technology (IT) initiatives. Prior to joining Simplex, he was the Executive Vice-President and CIO of AIM Healthcare Services, a leading provider of healthcare cost management and data mining services in Franklin, TN. Through his leadership role at AIM, he managed several divisions, including Network Infrastructure, Data Transformation and Operations Units. Before joining AIM, Fuqua served as Vice-President and CIO for Permanent General Assurance Company in Nashville and Informa/Investment Scorecard.
Fuqua received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to his time at MTSU, he attended the United States Naval Academy. Fuqua is also a Certified Internal Auditor. |

Ellen joined Simplex in June of 2007 as the Vice President Human Resources. Ellen brings over 15 years experience in the manufacturing, distribution and technology sectors, with expertise in recruiting, organizational development and employee relations. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. and M.A. in Communications with an emphasis in organizational development and training. Ellen’s passion is human capital management and development of the Company’s greatest asset- the associates. |

Mr. Blankenship is Vice President – Continuous Improvement of Simplex Healthcare, Inc. Prior to joining Simplex, Mr Blankenship was CEO of Brentwood Consulting Group, serving clients such as Bridgestone, Weight Watchers and Active Networks. Mr. Blankenship was VP – MIS for SVMIC, a physician-owned professional liability insurance carrier and also held Sr. Manager positions at GE, Accenture and Deloitte. Mr. Blankenship has also held the position of Chairman of the IT Committee for the Physician Insurers’ Association of America. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, holds the PMP certification as well as the CSM designation and is ITIL certified. Mr. Blankenship has his undergraduate degree from Liberty Christian University in Pensacola, FL and holds an M.B.A from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. |

Mr. Higgins joined Simplex in February of 2009 as Vice President of Finance, Order to Cash. Mr. Higgins has more than 19 years experience in the direct to consumer medical supply distribution business. Prior to joining Simplex, Mr. Higgins was Vice President of Operations for Access Diabetic Supply, LLC. In this role, Mr. Higgins had responsibility for Revenue Cycle Management, Distribution, Pharmacy Operations and Information Technology. Prior to that, Mr. Higgins spent 16 years in varying roles at Byram Healthcare Centers, Inc. most recently as the Vice President of Reimbursement. Mr. Higgins holds a BA in Economics from the State University of New York |

Mr. Glatzer is Vice President of Marketing at Simplex Healthcare, Inc and brings with him over 10 years experience in the online marketing space. Prior to joining Simplex, Mr. Glatzer was the Executive Director of Online Marketing at Grand Canyon University where he was responsible for website creation, lead generation activity and search engine optimization. Through his efforts the for-profit university experienced unparalleled growth, eventually going public in November 2008. Mr. Glatzer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Louis University. |

Mr. Chris Weaver is Vice President of Enrollment at Simplex Healthcare, Inc and has over 12 years experience in sales and client retention. Prior to joining Simplex, Mr. Weaver was Director of Retention and Sales at Grand Canyon University where he was responsible for developing the university’s sales and retention web application, lead conversion and student matriculation. Grand Canyon University successfully filed an IPO in 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Weaver spent eight years in the financial arena where he opened and managed three financial service offices in CA, AZ and UT. Mr. Weaver majored in Business and Applied Management at GCU. |
